This project was a large expansion to a concrete precast and pipe manufacturing facility for our neighbors in Cavalier Industrial Park. The expansion included state-of-the-art equipment and deep foundations, providing our clients the ability to increase production and efficiency.

Project Details
Design-Build project consisting of 58,000 SF pipe manufacturing facility around Hawkeye Pipe Fabrication Equipment and Kraft Curing System. Project consisted of sheet piled reinforced concrete pit for Pipepro equipment foundation, reinforced equipment foundation and reinforced concrete building foundations. Mechanical, concrete and electrical feeds to all process equipment, new fire service line, and new power feed to the new facility were included in scope of work.
